“Results...Not Promises”

"CES WAY"

The CES WAY is built around a theme of helping targeted industry prospects expand their business strategies to include a North American presence in the “21st century.” The CES WAY concept is a series of seminars using a brand image called, “INSERT MISSION THEME. ”  Each seminar is customized by target industry within the foreign market to include only one or in other cases multiple target industries attending the same CES WAY conference.

The seminars are divided into two sessions with the first focused on global market trends drilling down to what is occurring in the North America market and why the target industry company needs to consider expanding into this region.   The second session is more focused on key issues foreign owned companies need to know to enter the North America market featuring topics such as the benefits of foreign trade zones, financial requirements (banking), site location parameters, and legal requirements for establishing a North American presence.

As the business session unfolds, participants are able to see why having a sales, R&D, North American headquarters, distribution, or manufacturing location in the sponsoring location is key to having a successful North American strategy.  The location message is crafted in a way so that the sponsoring location partners that participate are viewed as “resources” to help the companies with their business strategies as they think about expanding globally.

In addition to the potential speaking roles, participating partners are also given the opportunity to have one-on-one meetings with target industry participants that are conducted after the seminar programs. Target industry companies are invited to meet with the sponsoring partners and the industry experts to offer assistance to the target market companies as they identify what they need to know to expand their global business in North America.   They are invited to set up these meetings in advance of the seminars or during the program as specific speakers pique their interest.
