CES provides site consulting services for other site consulting firms looking to expand their client services in the Midwest and Ontario including preliminary due diligence, interaction with state and local economic development agencies, and identification of new prospective clients. Services can be provided to multi-national clients with bi-lingual skills in Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, and French.
CES and its affiliates will organize trade and investment missions for state and community economic development agencies throughout Asia, Europe, and Northern Africa including identification of prospects, venues, and potential in-country allies using techniques that CES successfully used for more than ten years. All missions will include seminars and one-one-one meetings using bi-lingual services with focus on cultural sensitivity and relationship building.
CES specializes in community engagement processes for permitting, development, and construction of large industrial scale projects. Services include state and local government interaction; community engagement programs to gain and maintain public acceptance and media relations.
CES and its affiliates will develop strategies to position communities for establishment of industrial and technology parks to include site evaluations; appropriate market applications; user prospects, and preliminary site plans. CES has affiliates that can move process forward to development and construction.
CES and its affiliates will develop strategies to assist communities along with companies that are slated to close faciliites to include manufacturing and aging power plants.
